We got in a new kit a few weeks ago at RaveHaven, the Glow Stick People for Dummies Kit.

The Glow Stick People for Dummies Kit contains various adjustable, reusable, and elastic straps, loops, and hooks that slide over your arms, torso, legs, and head. Each piece contains sewn-in loops to attach glow necklaces or glow bracelets (sold separately) to create the stick people effect. Especially cool is that the head piece is completely separate from the body portion of the costume, and you can remove it and hold it apart from the body. In the dark, this looks like a headless stick figure.
