Fraud and false chargebacks are extremely time consuming and frustrating to deal with. Sometimes a customer places an order, receives it, and then files a chargeback – we consider this a fraudulent chargeback.

We know sometimes people do steal credit cards and illegally use them to make purchases. This is outright fraud and we do our best to prevent this from happening.

We will list cases of fraud so they show up in search engines so these people cannot defraud other retailers. Many of the following chargebacks we have already won.
